        If I could leave 0 or negative stars I would I took in an expensive bracelet to be resized and it was absolutely butchered! When they said they would fix it, it came back to short to wear and they actually said they didn't know how or why that had happened. Staff always shifted the blame, including 1 staff member named Mahal who tried to tell me it was "my problem". In the end I had to tell them not to touch the bracelet again and I had to argue for a refund - knowing I would have to take it elsewhere and no pay more to correct their poor work. I'll never go to an Angus and Coote again
