Comfort Inn & Suites Burwood

Room was clean & neat. Staff were very accommodating & helpful. Breakfast was great & quick service. Underground parking & a lift to reception level. Close to Burwood Station & easy to find the accommodation. I would recommend staying here & will stay again. Thank you Comfort Inn & Suites, much appreciated.

Location is good Room tidy WiFi cut in and out Paid for room with Foxtel that didn't work. When asked reception to please fix issue or refund was told can't fix today and can't offer refund. Bathroom shower curtain covered in black mould Couple arguing in room next door all night Vomit in the walkway which they didn't seem to be worried about cleaning too quickly. Wouldn't stay there again. Felt ripped off

Had a booking 6 months prior to staying,with evidence,was told i had no room waiting for me,after begging i was given a single room for 3 adults and still charged for queen room with single beds,have complained but no response.GO ELSEWHERE. Rooms : 5/1 | Service : 5/1 | Location : 5/1 More
