Medibank - Burwood

This is my first time to visit Burwood I have the best feeling what the service they have. The staff explained very details with patient. Very appreciative to make my bill issue back to easy tracking way. Thanks so much for who give my hand

I went there today for my first claim today. When I walked in, no one greeted me. A lady wearing glasses sat at the door and said to me with a blank face and did not look at me" Sitting in that chair and waiting". But the lady sitting in the back waved at me and said with a smile" Please come here". It's a bad start, I think I will change my insurance, but thanks to the lady who help me with the claim, she was very welcoming.

Nov 2022 - Derrick went out of his way to help me with the Live Better Rewards and got the results that I wanted! Dec 2022 - Marco was very helpful in assisting me with the health insurance plan that suited me most that costed me less with better value!

26 November 2022 Sitting at the third counter from the outside counting in, the Chinese woman in red had a very poor service attitude, rolled her eyes at the customer and had an extremely bad attitude. She interrupted before I could finish my request and didn't want to listen to what you were saying, she just wanted to finish her work quickly. I've never had this kind of service before and it really made me angry and ruined my day!
