Been going here most of my life. Dr. Kiu is very helpful and understanding, has a lot of patience and good at listening. Never had any issues with appointments and staff are generally very good.

Got a vaccine here, it was great. Doctor was very happy to answer my questions and had a great time, eager to laugh. Receptionist was helpful, too. I don't understand these bad reviews and will absolutely be back. Don't believe everything you hear I guess, or go and try them for yourself!

The worst experience I ever had. Dr Kiu (room No.3) was very unprofessional and impatient, all I ever felt was this helplessness. I was also very disappointed with the receptionist lady. I arrived 5mins prior to my appointment (my appointment was at 9am) and should be the 1st patient, she just let someone jumped on the queue after I arrived and noticed her, when I questioned her whats the appointment system for, she started lying and quibbling, and made me waited outside for extra 20mins after the previous patient was gone (I was the only one waiting and nobody was seeing the doctor at that time). Wont visit this medical practice again and dont recommend to anybody!
