Great customer service, fresh fish and most importantly great hygiene. Place is kept very clean. Keep up the great work. To those negative review stop going there if this place is not one of your best. But please stop winging about it and try to ruin business reputation.

Some of the worst seafood imaginable. Unedible, horrible off tasting fish, wouldnt even bother use it as bait!!!!

Very rude customer service. Man behind the counter to busy to take a personal phone call then serve customers. then when getting my food just gets dumped on the counter, ask for a plastic bag that gets dumped too and have to pack myself. Where is the customer service. Please avoid

Please focus and keep an eye on the hygiene of this seafood it is very sensitive concerning handling raw and cooked seafood and veggies are served rotten and full of sand unwashed properly unfortunately. Be really careful when buying from them its the employees lack of training and hygiene for a safer eating habits important the employer improves it and to be aware of this please!

This actually really surprised me how it was actually better than I thought. For someone who isnt the biggest fan of fried fish and food court quality, Ibbys was actually pretty good. The ingredients actually seemed fresh including the salad and the flavor was great. Would consider going back for the same thing if I ever I have a craving.
