Sportsgirl Burwood

Good store. But when I spilt some of my drink on the floor,I called over one of the workers to let her know.I apologised, she seemed angry and said let me know next time In a rude tone when I had let her know.

So happy to see Sportsgirl stocking up to size 18 instore. This prompted me to visit the Burwood store & the lovely ladies working today were fabulous. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, something that was lacking in many other stores I visited. The ladies were helpful with sizes & styles, even suggesting a different option when I was in the change room which I ended up buying. Thank ladies for a lovely shopping experience I will definitely be back

Two knits fell off the rack and I helped picked them up, the staff at this shop walked to me with arrogant attitude saying " You put in the wrong place"...... I thought it was courteous for me to help to Pick up rather than getting blamed for " putting in the wrong place? EXTREMELY rude and unrespectful. Will never come back again and will NOT recommend to anyone. Be aware of this shop if you want have a horrible shopping experience. Staff needs to Get educated.

The staff are really friendly here and aren't pushy. The Latino girl is really an asset to the store - she adds humor and makes the customer feel really welcome. Will be going here more often now.
