Bupa Optical & Hearing Burwood

The female staffs were very nice and helpful while the Indian male staff was a bit rude and not so helpful. He is also rushing other staffs while theyre helping customers.

I was with Bupa so I came to buy glasses from Bupa, but even when I was no longer with Bupa, Bupa Optical in Burwood is still very supportive and helpful. They have fair price glasses and open on weekends. I like Asmira and Afelia over there, they are super friendly and lovely to me. All of my glasses are from Bupa Optical and I also got my eye checked in there.

so unprofessional phone service, makes very unpleasant phone calls service and speaks in a sarcastic tone. makes bupa member so upset.

Worst service ever. On how many occasions any healthcare specialist asked to wait because s/he is running late. Well, the optometrist here decided to cancel my appointment for being few minutes late. Only seen her running out of the counter having the assistant to deal with it. Luckily the optometrist at 1001 shop at the same shopping centre had a better understanding and was free. I know where I will going next!

If google allowes me to give a zero point, I would like to give a ZERO for the service that I received. It is very disappoiting to be treated by thier one of senior staff called Ophelia who was even refused to write her name down and claimed there is only one Ophelia in this store. I have been coming into this store for the past 3 years and actually have been served by the same lady. I just wang to re-purchase the contact lenses and she accusing me of being spoken demanding and asked me to purchase online if I want by staring at me, implying that you can leave now. I didn't say anything affensive but only speaking with not much emtions and face expression with a flat voice. This is ridiculous! Her colleague helped me in the end and said sorry which shouldn't be the case. I just can't believe how this can happen and seems like she doesn't care at all. Very very disappointing
