WISE Employment Burwood

We have been extremely grateful to have Shamle Zobair at Wise Burwood help our daughter transition from school at the end of 2022 and prepare for work. From her first meeting, Shamle was extremely supportive, caring, kind, and was instantly able to relate to our daughter and put her at ease. Shamle shared strategies with our daughter to improve her confidence. She demonstrates a sincere willingness to build a genuine relationship by getting to know her and find opportunities best suited to her. We are happy that we choose Wise Burwood to guide our daughter into employment and very fortunate to have Shamle supporting her.

Ive had a really positive experience over the last few months with the wise employment agency in their Ashfield and burwood locations thanks to the constant support and guidance from their consultant Shamle Zobair . She is extremely professional, in her hardworking, passionate and caring nature. She is very respectful, highly enthusiastic and provides excellent support as a result of her strengths in customer service and personal values of uplifting and supporting the community and those around her. Have been seeing a support worker at Wise employment for over a year now. I've been lucky to have Mala as my case worker,there has been a lot of understanding around my own circumstances,plus there has been a lot of positivity,and I feel the client is listened to and given the support they need.
