        I asked politely, May I have a tissue? The lady behind the counter replied, are you my customer? I replied, no sorry I was just walking passed. She replied, sorry no tissue, only for customer. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I went to Woolworths and bought the poor lady a box of tissues for her issues. I have the video if anyone would like to see their behaviour

        Absolutely horrible, and rude service I was waiting for Donuts for more than expected time so I went to ask to that Man about Donuts ,He suddenly started yelling at me saying that You have to wait !!!!I in loud voice. That Man was very unprofessional and Liar

        $8 for a coffee then get yelled by the owners. No wonder all the other coffee shops next to it are doing so well while this place has no customers. Never going back

        The staffs are not nice at all and looked like they didn't really want to serve any drinks, especially coffee. There are so many restrictions in terms of getting birthday drinks and ended up throwing them in the bin straight after buying a shake which also had limited flavours. Like Id rather get dare milk from coles. Very disappointed and would never visit again.
