        The Perfect Strata team organised an urgent clean of an entire 3 bedroom apartment at the end of a lease with 2 days notice. I was kept up to date and photos taken afterwards. The tenant also gave great feedback saying the apartment was spotless! Professional and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

        More like "Far from perfect" strata! They provided nothing but false promises and excuses when failing to provide services. They tell you to use their app for requests which is a great idea in theory, but then they never respond. Cleaners are poorly organised and fail simple things like managing garbage rotation. Do not use this company if you wish to have a well kept garden!
