I wanted to give zero star but this one star is for the food which is generic anyway. The customer service was ridiculous! They only care about big group customers while other smaller customer groups are invisible!!

One star for the food only, customer service is very rude and bad. Just only the old man who worn mask at that time took our order. The rest of the staff just focusing on big group of customer. If your wait staff need to service only big group you should put at the door $500 order minimum for customer service

Biggest problem here is rudest restaurant staff in all areas. Food is ok, nothing special but does the job. The trolley ladies will leave the worst taste in your mouth, 95% behave badly, but there is one or two lovely ones. Lining up for a table the ladies on the microphone calling tables are belligerent. Dont dare question the order of first come first served as they will attempt to put you in your place. If she likes you she will happily let you have the table of a patiently waiting non asian customer and jump the queue. Much better places for food to be found in Burwood. Once I saw a trolley lady during Yum Cha drop a plate of noodles on the floor. She quickly scooped them up back on to the plate and proceeded to serve them to whomever was unlucky enough to choose them. Check my other reviews for recommendations.
