Staff were very rude and had an extremely bad attitude.They need to realise they are in a customer service role and it is part of their job to help customers who need it and to do it in a friendly and helpful way. And on top of this the quality of the product was rubbish and the staff just couldnt be bothered listening to what I had to say.

Review is for cotton on BODY (doesnt have its own google listing) - Dont bother coming if you need help. Came on 20/11 2:50pm wanting to return a product, girl at the desk could barely look up from her phone a minute later. Then she said the eftpos was down and to return in 10 mins. Returned 10 mins later and still not working, asked how long it might be and the three girls there only looked at each and muttered to each other. No answer for 2 minutes. Gave up and went to cotton on kids hoping to return there since its affiliated. The lady there gets 5 stars, unfortunately couldnt return there but she informed me I could return at factorie which I did. Therefore staff at cotton on BODY are useless, dont care to assist you and couldnt even give helpful advice on how to do a return.
