        Fraud, fraud, fraud! If you see a property certified by ACE Building or Tony Qiu, or Ting Jian Qiu, or Ting Qiu, whatever name he tried to disguise himself, run as fast as you can! This certifier should have had his licence revoked and banned for life time! Absolutely crook!

        Dodgy company that hands out certificates to anyone. Look up the current investigations on them and you'll see how corrupt they are. Linked to toplace who have multiple buildings falling apart in sydney
