        I selfishly walked in to the store at 5:56 four minutes from closing. I had spent the day looking for a small cross body bag. As I walked in I apologised and said I wouldnt be long. Helen who I found out is the store manager told me not to worry as she still needed time to close. She asked what I wanted and gave me a suggestion that suited exactly what I needed. She even took her time showing me the different bag straps available and she walked around with the bag to show me how it looked on. Thanks Helen, sorry I kept you back after closing time. Love the bag

        Like everyone said very rude and disguisting staff at Mimco westfield Burwood.They lack customer service and treat customers very badly.Will be never going back there again.

        The current manager at Mimco Burwood was so unhelpful and fails to understand the basics of what good customer service is. Disappointing.

        The staff at the Mimco Westfield Burwood store was still rubbish in their way of dealing with customers. I don't know why all the employees in this store are so unkind. Always! And I don't know why Mimco doesn't train its employees even though there are quite a few of these reviews. Anyway, I will never go again!
