Everyone knows that building a house is always stressful and having Esan as my architect has made the entire design and approval process much easier, less stressful and pretty seamless. Esan is soft spoken and incredibly patient. Nothing is difficult or troublesome for him. I have changed my mind a couple of times about the facade design after agreeing and finalizing it. Esan understands deeply how much the house design means to the homeowner and he went on changing it accordingly without fuss. Jeisson is equally incredible. Both of them are very well mannered. It is difficult to work with me because I do not know what I want. I truly appreciate and respect their work ethics and professionalism. Their efficiency is top notch too. Thank you Esan and your team for the awesome design, hard work and patient. We moved from a project home plan to an architect design and you did not let us down. The duplex floor plan is maximised to the land size and practical as we requested The facade looks great and hit our hearts too. The CDC approval was also granted without any drama.
