Contacted JRK and got in contact with the director which i genuinely thought was a junior receptionist who just didn't care because of how little he cared in regards to responding to my questions and giving me a clear answer. Instantly came off sarcastic and without a doubt id rather spend $50 extra elsewhere and get proper service . Astonished because i called only for an enquiry of what work they will conduct and if what i have already can suffice. But he just sighed and hung up the phone mid conversation. Stay away from this company if you want the job done without the company making your life difficult. Also be very cautious about reviews. After reading this review, initially the company added a fake review which has since been removed as i made it clear within this review. Just make sure you're getting the proper service you deserve from the get go. If youd treat customers right from the start through to finish you wouldnt need them fake 5 star reviews
