Bos Fit

I highly recommend the Bosfit team. I have a background in fitness and health though have changed industries now. The professionalism from the beginning has been fantastic. Working with Daniel and Daniel, they created me a strength program. Coached me through my big lifts, continually helped me improve my technique and progress my training. Daniel would do a weekly check in of progression and hold me accountable for the goals I wanted to hit. When in a lul with my training when life got busy with kids and work he reminded me of some insight and positivity I needed to hear. Friendly, approachable and able to be adaptable I am grateful for connecting with the Bosfit team.

I was the lucky winner of a giveaway that BOS FIT ran that gave me 4 weeks of support and training. They are fantastic people who will really help you change your mindset and set you on the right path. Their training is hard but manageable and the team has great knowledge on nutrition and macros to help you achieve your goals. I've only just started my fitness journey, but it started with them and I wouldn't have the mindset I have now, let alone such a strong start without them.

My time with BOS FIT has been absolutely incredible I couldnt recommend them enough words cannot describe the determination and the sheer amount of respect and commitment they have to helping you achieve your goals. Dan and Josh are both incredible people inside and outside of the gym the knowledge to health and fitness is remarkable Dans motivation an commitment as a coach I cannot describe it any other way than perfect he consistently checks up on you to make sure your on the path of success weather it be physical or mental he is always there. Josh is full of energy and motivation when it comes to personal one on one training theres always a laugh or 2 but when it comes to crunch time he will always push you to achieve greatness (and make sure you feel it believe me) All and all Bos Fit is nothing but professional and you will achieve your goals with them I am happy to be apart of the team and am happy to call them Friends

Great people to work with, and their team is in it for your goals and wants you to achieve them, and will do alot to help you achieve them. Great workout programs and a great experience all round.
