I cannot speak more highly of Ross and the team at Braeside Building! I was introduced to Ross last year and was impressed the moment we met - his passion, dedication and determination to be the best in the industry and to set new benchmarks, won me over. The team are extremely passionate about the work they do and it shows in their quality workmanship. They are incredibly professional and their customer service is 6 star. They are trustworthy, reliable and consistently go above and beyond for me and my clients and exceed expectations. High quality workmanship and very nice team - highly recommended. Ross and his team at Braeside just completed our bathroom and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Ross and his team take pride in their work and it is immaculate. We lived in our home during the renovation and every trade that came through the door went over and above to leave the site clean, tidy and safe for our family at the end of each day.

We highly recommend Ross and his team at Braeside Building and Joinery. They are exceptional builders with a real eye for detail and excellent workmanship. We couldnt be happier with the finished result for our main bathroom and second bathroom/laundry space and it was all completed within our budget. All trades who represented Braeside were friendly, reliable and professional and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend any of them. Ross has built a great business and is an extremely skilled professional with an honest and personable approach. We lived in the house while we renovated and were particularly impressed with the level of cleanliness and care taken with our house and belongings. I called Braeside and spoke to their consultant, who was very nice. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone describing what i was looking for and he said they were definitely interested in the job. I then spent several hours drawing up scale plans, collecting and organising details so they could give me a quote. I emailed it over and i got a call to clarify a few details Then I never heard from them again. They may be good builders but you need to be able to trust them to deliver what they said they will. I'm happy to revise this if i do ever hear from them but its been 2 weeks Shame they seemed like a nice company.
