Nick Kellie (NRK Building) and his colleagues (Jack & Terry) did a first class major renovation on our house (two bathrooms, new kitchen and major structural work). We are delighted with the finished job and largely attribute this to Nick's excellent project management skills and building expertise. His personal commitment to high standards and getting it right were important - he takes pride in achieving the best outcome. Nick readily took on our ideas and where appropriate offered suggestions, the benefit for us of this positive approach was a much better finished job. Importantly, Nick was always contactable on the phone and very responsive in dealing with any issues. Our house has other homes nearby and we were most impressed with Nick's consideration of our neighbours and his ability to do things in such a way that they were not inconvenienced or upset by our building works. At every stage of the work, Nick was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with, we would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a first class builder. We had Nick from NRK Building come out and install Joinery. Very happy with his job. Nick takes pride in his workmanship and leaves the jobsite in a clean matter. Thank you Nick!

Nick renovated our 1920s house. His communication was excellent and he kept us updated. He always answered he phone straight away. He gave excellent advice during the renovation process. He has excellent attention to detail. He kept thorough and transparent records for billing purposes.

Professional, skilled and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've used Nick from NRK a couple of times now. 1st time was an emergency with a roof failure in extreme weather. Other builders literally just walked away, but Nick brought NRK's special skills to the job and provided both short-term fix and excellent permanent rectification. We could not be happier with his work. He knows what he's doing and is the sort of builder you happily refer to your friends. No rude surprises when you get the bill. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Nick is everything you require in a builder! He is an excellent communicator, always turns up when he says he will and takes pride in the quality of work he delivers. Nick always has time to discuss and explain things, and is proactive in making practical suggestions to improve your renovation/build. Jack is equally impressive at his job. We lived in our home whilst renovating our kitchen/laundry/living areas during the 2021lockdown, and Nick made this as pleasant an experience as it could possibly be. He is fastidious in tidying up at the end of each day and efficient in all that he does. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending NRK Building, and can't wait to get them back to do our bathroom renos!
