        At MyHealth Broadway, come for care But wait, appointments always impair At least 30 minutes, you'll sigh For the doctor's always running by Expertise, knowledge, they all meet But time-management's not so neat On Google Maps, please kindly phrase The wait's a part of MyHealth's maze So don't be caught off guard, my friend The service might be slow to tend To your needs, it's worth the wait But please mark the delay as fate.

        Incredibly unprofessional when there is a line at the door and all the doctors are late so we legally cant come inside. We all have jobs to get to as well. Friendly doctors though.

        Doctors seem competent, but very negative experience with reception. I sat on hold for a total of 1hr and 3mins spread over 3 attempts and 4 1/2 hours elapsed time before someone answered the phone. Appalling.

        The doctors are great and very attentive. However I do feel that now they are no longer bulk billing, they should provide a free mask (since they require it) and not make you buy one for $1. If they want to operate like a private practice and charge then they should provide a private practice level of service.
