Ive had major ongoing skin issues my whole life that Ive never been able to get treated properly until going to see Dr Ritu Gupta, after completing specific facial treatment and three sessions of BBLs my skin has never looked this amazing! Now I never wear makeup and my face glows! I also absolutely adore Dr Ritus team that go out of their way to make every part of my skin perfect, a special thanks to Charlotte and Ella for looking after me and making the experience something to look forward to.

Amazing service with a great team! I came over from NZ and had some face procedures and was looked after from her amazing team, Charlotte and Simone to Dr Gupta. Highly recommend and my face has been amazing.

Dr Ritu has helped my skin so much. I have had injectables and botox and every time I visit the results are amazing. Her professionalism is outstanding and she definitely knows her products. I would highly recommend Dr Ritu Gupta.

I saw Dr Ritu Gupta about 6 months ago due to facial acne, and body eczema. The good thing about this practice was that the receptionist and student nurse were lovely. The doctor was an hour late, was completely unsympathetic, rude, and didn't listen. They prescribed the exact treatments that I had told them I had used before and didn't work, and actually irritated my skin even more (EpiDuo), but alas, I thought I should trust her and try it again. I ended up paying something like $480 for that appointment, a cleanser and a spot treatment. 2 weeks later my skin was inflamed, burning and sore, so I called the practice to ask what I should do, and they were so rude, I remember saying "but my skin hurts even to put moisturiser on" and the lady almost yelling back "I know". The treatments didn't work, so I saw another dermatologist who was lovely, and when I told him about my bad experience with Dr Ritu Gupta he was not surprised. I'm definitely not the only person who had experienced this. Today, I received a text from Dr Ritu Gupta's practice promoting some sort of cosmetic fat burning procedure. When I went to the practice, I was 19, quite petite already, and came to the practice for acne. How unethical to try to promote fat removal to a teenage girl who is already insecure enough to seek medical help for acne. I have been thoroughly disappointed by Dr Ritu Gupta's practice, and cannot recommend this place at all.
