Tradelink Broadmeadow Showroom + Trade

We purchased our selection for the laundry and bathroom at the showroom in Broadmeadow. I found that there is a great selection of Australian and European products, at very reasonable prices. The service from the team in the showroom as well as on delivery, was always outstanding.

I visited Tradelink today 23/11/20. While my total purchase was less than $6 I found the service excellent and unsolicited advice most helpful. I would recommend Tradelink to any do-it-yourself handyman.

Really nice staff and good knowledge. The manager helped me out with the problem I had and at a fair price as well. Will definitely use again.

DONT SO IT! NO RETURNS! Purchased all my fittings for my bathroom, as I didn't know what would fit my new bathroom renovation I was told as long as the boxes where unopened and with the receipt I could return the items. Today I brought the unopened towel rails & was told very abruptly & bluntly that they won't take them back unless I pay the "25% re-stocking fee". Which was the opposite of what I was told when I purchased them. There next excuse was "we have to send them back to the supplier" instead of just keeping them in the store for the next consumer. I then saw a pile of the exact same product, in the same packaging going out for delivery. So this clearly could of been easily worked out. I have 3 other family's doing bathroom renovations and I will ensure they don't go buying from there unless this is rectified simply with full refund. Horrible service from the gentlemen today too.
