Dr Scott J Turner - Broadmeadow

Geez where do I even start! From previously having a bad experience with another surgeon I have had nothing but confidence in Dr Scott Turner and his team. Heidi, the patient coordinator may be one of the most genuine people Ive ever met and my god does she excel in her job. This lady is beyond kind and smart so for that I hope you never loose her because she is an absolute asset to your team. From the reception and your practice manager they have also been nothing but helpful and flexible, everytime I called they had an answer to my question and were always willing to find one if they didnt have the answer - youre whole team is hard working and I hope they get a wrap for their efforts. As far as Dr Turner goes the second I walked in I felt at ease, I trusted him 100%. I was so very hesitant doing this process over again with another surgeon as I feared Id have the same experience again but the genuine care he had towards me and making sure I was happy made me feel so safe. Hes a knowledgeable man and was able to tell me everything I needed to know and answer all my questions. His work is amazing as well! I cried happy tears when I got home from how confident I already know Ill be and how comfortable he made me feel. The process with these guys was so easy and never once doubted my time or that I wasnt a priority with them. I will never stop speaking highly of this insane team! I have no doubts youll have the same experience if you go through them! Thankyou again everyone! X

Emily was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and experienced during my treatment. She talked through my concerns at length, showing me explicitly where she would inject and what effects it would make to my face. I highly recommend Emily for her professional and friendly manner and ability to deliver high quality results that were exactly what I asked for, natural and refreshed!

I couldn't be happier with my results, (BA) Dr. Turner isn't a man of many words but he can certainly answer all the questions you have without having a "salesman speech." His results speak for themselves and his Newcastle team and Amy (receptionist) are great to deal with. I've had 3 consultation (Sydney surgeon and Another Newcastle surgeon) and I am so glad I had my procedure done by Scott. Great recovery , natural and proportional results. Highly recommend him.

Dr Turner is an amazing surgeon! Couldnt be happier with my results he has changed my life and given me the confidence I was missing. He was a pleasure to deal with including the receptionists and the nurse Would highly recommend him to anyone. Great experience start to finish

Dr Turner is a knowledgable, honest, and humble surgeon. Answers all questions without judgement. The team at Adamstown are a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend Dr Turner to anyone!
