Dr Shirhan Ho, Bowral

Some of the bad reviews above now ring true. My experience relates to Michelle in reception who I found to be very rude, abrupt & condescending. Accused that we refused to pay an invoice apparently 3 weeks ago. I receive it 5 weeks later post dated 7/2/23.

My father had a fantastic experience with Dr Ho. I felt he took the time to explain the surgery in terms we could understand. The Surgery went really well and he recovered quickly. I found Dr Ho and his team to be highly professional and personable. It really shows that they are experienced and know what they are doing, which I appreciated and found reassuring. Would highly recommend.

I am unable to go into to much detail as i have a complaint that will be investigated regarding this practice. the investigation is more so regarding the disgusting excuse for a human at his reception Michelle and her behavior. Not only her behavior towards me but the disgusting comments she was making about a previous client after they had left the practice. As she is apparently the boss of the practice i was unable to report the issue with Dr Shirhan HO. Terrible person to have at your front desk Dr HO, I'm sure there are many people who could replace her.

Completely happy and satisfied with the removal of two worrisome moles, by Doctor Ho. One was on the far side of my face and after surgery it was completely removed with no evidence of it ever being there. I was so surprised of the outcome. Thank you Dr Ho for your skills. Michelle at the front desk was proficient and very pleasant. Thank you, for providing a great service.
