Caveat Emptor. Forget about support if the purchased product is faulty. I purchased a MAC keyboard second hand from Soho Express for my daughter who was studying interstate. It cost $65 so I expected it to be in decent condition. A couple of months later I asked my daughter how the keyboard was. She informed me many of the keys didn't work, and never had. I sent a message to Soho Express. No response. I messaged them again requesting they confirm their response. They replied the item had a 30 day warranty only. Australian consumer law states that a product must work for a reasonable time after purchase, even if purchased second hand. $65 would dictate a decent keyboard in my opinion. I have tried to contact these people via messaging, phone and email. They respond to nothing. They probably know I won't launch action against them for $65. Learn from my mistake. Keep well clear of this business if you expect aftersales support.
