Please DO NOT choose here if you are going to have a driving test. If you do, there's a chance to get an angry bird as your examiner, who's noisy and aggressive. I guarantee you will be unhappy from the moment you get in the car, and would not pass.

I've visited here multiple times for various needs including registration and driving tests. My experiences have largely been positive. A special shout-out to Anil, who, while he did fail me on one occasion, provided fair and constructive feedback that helped me pass on the next try. His guidance has been very beneficial. As a whole, the service provided here is commendable. However, there is room for improvement. During peak hours, the place can become quite crowded, and the staff on hand seem insufficient to manage the rush effectively. I believe enhancing staffing during these high-traffic times would greatly improve the customer experience. Keep up the good work, and looking forward to more streamlined service during rush hours in the future!

Big thank you to Angel and Monica at the Botany branch . They were very helpful and got my difficult task done for me . Just before Angel processed my request she was getting abused by another customer but Angel held her composure and was very professional. Thanks again ladies
