Avoid them especially if you get a valuer called Adrian Freitas. Just call your bank and ask for another company before they come out because it'll be hard for you to reverse a valuation that has been done. They will come and value your property 20%-30% lower than the the next comparable sale so that he covers himself. Even the bank and mortgage broker were dumbfounded.

Dumbest Valuer I seen ever, sadly sent by Macquarie Bank, I have complained to both Bank & AFCA, comparing 4BR to 3BR, and ignoring sales of comparable property with 540sqm land size, intentionally undervaluing to satisfy who? Stay away ! Have 0 knowledge of Valuation, even Bank advised to flag to avoiding them in future, and pick a better one from their panel !

Recently had a pre-purchase valuation completed for an auction with Abe from HTW. The service provided by Abe to complete the valuation and support once the valuation was completed went beyond my expectations.
