    I've purchased two walking frames from R82 - the Mustang in Aug 2018 and the Crocodile in Aug 2019, both for my physically disabled daughter. And both instances, I've experienced disgusting service for a company who prides itself to be on the same wavelength as its customers. On the first occasion, after making full payment, I was not provided with a payment receipt or any form of confirmation of my order. I had not heard from them in almost 3 weeks and only after chasing them up was told they were working on my order and I'd be notified once parts were ready for delivery. Although at the time of ordering, I was told all parts were in stock and were ready to be delivered, I just had to pay the full amount first. A year later today, I've ordered the Crocodile ready to be delivered to my daughter's physio centre. The rep turns up 30 mins late and had another appointment straight after ours. Resultingly, he spent a total of 15 mins unpacking, assembling and adjusting my daughter's walker, rushing every step so he could move to his next appointment. We weren't shown how to collapse the walker for transport, we hadn't even finished adjusting the walker for my daughter's needs. Fortunately, his next appointment was in the same centre so we could walk over to ask a few questions. We were given very rushed demonstrations and no user manual. Your vision "to become the strongest and most preferred brand for children with special needs" isn't going to happen with this type of service. It's not just a product I'm looking for, it's the knowledge and service you're suppose to be able to share to make a special needs child's life easier - you did none of that. Not even worthy of one star

    R82 make a fantastic range of mobility products for children with special needs, all really good quality and well designed. We find the X:Panda, Flamingo, Wombat, Pony Walkers are really popular.
