        The two stars are for some of the wonderful staff. But if you care about your loved ones, I'd look around for better options, if possible. The nursing staff are stretched to the limit and our relative almost died an horrific death as a result. Fortunately, the nursing staff did phone us and we were able to take decisive action because he panicked and did not have a clue what to do. The Royal Commission has done nothing to help residents in aged care. It's all about money, money, money and we were paying a LOT.

        It would appear that despite the recent Royal Commision into Aged Care this facility still likes the easy option of using Chemical Restraint to control residents behaviour rather that using diversional therapy. Or any alternatives to drugging into pacivity.
