Scott Graham booked my return flights to Europe via USA for the second time in a few months after I had to cancel my original booking. His prompt and friendly service has been outstanding. I'd never used a travel agent previously, booking my flights online but Scott managed to arrange a flight schedule that I could not have done on any of the online booking engines. All that and at prices (business class with a combination of airlines) that was way cheaper than the best fares I could find on the several search engines I referred to. So, I hope to be using Scott for all my future travel arrangements. Ian.
