        Reception staff here will do everything they can to ignore you and make you feel unwanted. Not welcoming..they purposely don't look up at you...its a shame because some of the drs are really good there. I've been going for many years and it only seems to be getting worse

        First appointment waited 45 mins. Second appointment told to come 40 mins early 1h 30 m before appointment due. Needless to say was made to wait well passed the new appointment. I left.

        You make an appointment for the time you want, n yet you still wait for hours. So what is the point of making an appointment. The whole point of making an appointment is so you dont have to wait. Its terrible !!!!
