Jarrod is the best. Not only has he fixed me up multiple times (including from excruciating pain), but he actually helps me understand why the pain occurred and shares exercises to strengthen the imbalances that lead to my issues. Best of all was getting to know him and I can genuinely say Jarrod has become a friend. Best sense of humour, so good at what he does. ART is life changing. Thank you Jarrod! :)

Jarrod was referred by my personal trainer. I been having left shoulder pain for almost a year, it quite bothered me as it limited a lot of shoulder movement, it will be painful even I try to wrap my arm to my back, and sometime raise the arm up need to be cautious as there are certain direction will catch. After the first ART(also dry needling, scary but really effective) with Jarrod, I can feel I gain some range of motion back immediately. Basically this treatment help you break the scar tissue on your muscle, I think that's why it work instantly. I just finished my 7th treatment this week, it not fully recovered yet but I can feel the uncomfortable zone has been smaller and smaller. I can literally see the it keep progressing after each treatment. This is the first time I try ART, I would recommend to anyone who has similar problem.
