These people are awful. The old crone (whom I'm guessing owns the place) is obnoxious and hot tempered. I ordered some lottery tickets for $42 and she charged me $43. When I asked her why the price difference, she raised her voice and started losing her temper at me. I couldn't quite understand what she was saying through the Chinese accent. On another occasion, I bought lottery tickets and the younger guy served me. I was polite and asked how he was going, He just ignored me and charged me for what I bought. I guess it's too much trouble for these people to have any kind of manners or customer service. I now drive to another News agency for lottery tickets even though this one is within walking distance of my house. Learn some respect or sell the business to someone who has some if you don't want to be there, you rude people.
