I bought my Thermomix T5 from Narelle in 2019. She was great during the sales and set up process, the did an excellent demo lunch for a bunch of my friends afterwards, and she has answered every one of my many questions in record time ever since. The Thermomix really has changed my cooking life and Narelle is the best, most supportive consultant. I recommend her highly!

I love my Thermomix and Narelle made my upgrade from a TM5 to a TM6 a seamless transaction. With her professional and supportive service offering, not only did I understand the differences and benefits between the two models I was able to ensure my TM5 went to a good home very quickly. I am cooking up a storm for my family (and eventually friends) and even our two boys are using the Cookidoo features - game changer. Narelle offers a wide range of support for her clients and I love receiving the newsletters keeping me up to date and offering online food demonstrations, cooking classes etc. Most of all I really feel supported knowing Narelle is just a short email/phone call away. Narelle has been my consultant for quite a long time. She has shown me the way how to work with my new TM6 but even before when I needed help on my TM5 she was here for me.She is jolly, careing and very very helpful in any way you need her through :- Txt, Email, Phone or personally (Bar for this lockdown). She has also had classes in her home (when possible), if not,she has had it through Zoom. You cold not ask for a more efficient consultant.
