IMPECCABLE SERVICE, this is how I describe my experience dealing with Garrett Flanagan who by chance (on line) hired him to look after my Sale and Purchase of a property. Garrett from the start (Sale) was communicating regularly, detailing / explaining the Conditions Requirements of each documentation needing completion. Found him very honest, respectful, prompt in his responses, lots of patience especially for those like me "not so technical" in the new norm of sending / signing documents back & forth, he has reminded me a few times on doubtful items on the contract, his tolerance on my amendments requests (which were important) I do appreciate very much. Garrett, many thanks for all your help, you made my unforgettable scenarios / anxiousness, disappear especially Covid period. No doubt you will always be a blessing to others who will hire your services. Again, my sincerest thanks to you Garrett.
