House of Bamboo

Their customer service is unbeatable. Jana and the rest of the team were so nice to us, from showing the showroom to guiding us through the products. I made the order in the morning and they had it delivered in 3-4 hours. Here's what the bamboo fencing looks like on our backyard.

Do NOT use this company. Terrible customer service, poor workmanship and when they make errors they do not resolve the issue as they already have your money. They are dismissive and don't care about quality.

I had bamboo rod screening installed, the products are of the best quality and looks amazing. I had them installed by the house of bamboo, they were professional, punctual and their installer, Tony, did a wonderful job! The staff were so helpful and had great ideas for us, and my husband and I are very happy and would recommend them for any home improvement.

Sales staff friendly but owner is rude and doesn't honour commitments. Waited on large order of Natureed, paid 10% deposit, then after six weeks they returned deposit. Found out she sold my order to another landscape gardener who had a rush job and offered to pay more than our agreed price. Better off at Bunnings! (Isn't C. Hage the owner's godchild and R. Nind a former employee? Perhaps you might consider some record searching in relation to that?)
