Good job, good price, fixed issues with no hassle. Delivered early! It felt like a family organisation and they were helpful and patient. They came via a personal recommendation to me, which is why I went with them. The blinds came in earlier than I expected. I had to request - and be a bit persistent to make sure they were hung how I wanted them, but they gave me no grief, and made it all work great. I am in love with my blinds! I got 4 blinds with battery operated motors, and 4 blinds (bedrooms) with the pulls. All work great, and I am very happy with my purchase. I have had them in for over a month now. Highly recommend and should I ever need blinds again, will go here. PS - Didn't love the website, but once I called and had a conversation, plus they came to measure with examples, I was all set.

Job was not completed as per instructions. My Real Estate has been trying to resolve in a reasonable way for the last 6 months but Kingsford Blinds blames the technician who attended and says since the technician is a contractor they no longer use, there is nothing they can do. I strongly recommend not to release payment until the job is completed and you are satisfied. I am now left to pick up the pieces of their mistake because they used an incompetent contractor. They certainly should be liable and take accountability. Just no longer worth my time.
