Bought one of the 13 inch laptop cases and it turns out it doesn't fit. I have tried to call them several times and it has sent me to voicemail all the time. I have also emailed them several times and they have not replied. I have no way of communicating or connecting with them. Don't know if I can visit them because it doesn't even look like it's a shop, more like a warehouse.
