Loved the service i got from this place, the staff were all knowledgable and friendly. I usually take a long time to browse and sometimes staff members kind of follow you around and pressure you but nope, i happily shopped for an hour and felt at ease and comfortable enough to ask questions when needed. I also appreciate the watercolour paper sample i got from one of the staff members. I got served by at least 4 different staff members and they were all genuinely awesome. I appreciate you all!

My reviews are usually 5 stars, as I don't leave too many reviews. But this store has really left me speechless with the way they treat their customers. I just went though a bait and switch with this store. Then they forced me to buy it with their "no return" policy. I cancelled the order before the shipment but they shipped the product anyway. I will not buy from them ever again.

Amazing customer service. Attempted to set up account and couldnt (no website error, user error), emailed company and they replied within about 12 hrs having set up an account for me. I had already ordered in between, so they kindly added my order to my account so I would receive benefits. Great customer rewards program. Super fast processing time. Lovely people to deal with. My expectations were surpassed!!! I bought 2 Canson books, (pro mixed media portrait), and the quality is absolutely beautiful. An online order with excellent service... prompt processing of my order and speedy delivery. Also packaged very well to protect the books. Highly recommend ordering from Art Supplies Online.
