        As a first time investor, I was finding my feet at what I could claim or not. Helen was abruptly shutting down my suggestions, telling me I was so unorganised and wasting her time. She then charged me a higher price than I was quoted over the phone. Left the building feeling so ripped off and deflated- will not be returning!!
