Integrated Osteopathy

I visited Rob when I was having many structural issues and during the first treatment he gave me such helpful advice - just let go, and this helped me tremendously. He was generous with his time trying to unwind everything and used a variety of methods to help release my fascia across the entire chain rather than just focussing on one spot or just applying forceful adjustments like some osteos. He also introduced me to many at-home methods/tools such as TRE, massage guns for tissue release and yoga practices. It just got a bit hard to commute from the north shore, but when I had a window of quiet time at work I felt it was meant to be for me to be able to have the time to receive Rob's treatments.

Fantastic. Thorough and long term benefits. I've gone to Rob for years when I have misalignments or need injuries assessed and fixed up. I've learnt to be aware of how different parts of the body are connected and to make adjustments to posture, sitting, standing and everyday movements to improve mobility, and to avoid chronic pain

Quite simply the best Osteopath in Sydney! Rob's extensive knowledge and experience results in highly effective treatments that really get to the root of the problem. I've had a neck injury for many years, and have therefore experienced many practitioners, Rob was the first to actually make a real difference. Highly recommended!!

Rob is excellent. He is passionate about healing his clients. He was generous with time and attention and the nerve pain I was experiencing in my neck hasnt returned. Thanks Rob.
