Adam Torok is easily the best of the 3 conveyancers we have worked with by far. He actually charges the flat fee he advises, doesn't charge for every single contract review (allows up to 3 before charging for each) and is also highly efficient. We had a last minute conflict of interest with a property we were buying where the solicitor of that property was the same one we had at the time and I was referred to Adam who reviewed the contract within the same day and we were able to move quickly. No unnecessary zoom calls or phone calls required. We successfully bought that property and the process was seamless. We will only use Adam for future conveyancing.
