    Neville is firstly an amazingly perceptive human who knows how to gently and professionally manoeuvre around all the complexities of finding a sale agent, negotiating with them on all his clients needs so the agent is making the best possible sale for his client. Neville communicated all the necessary information in easy to understand language and always made sure we were abreast with all the crucial steps and requirements throughout the sale process. His careful choice of agent resulted in an extremely good sale result and one that we weren't expecting. It was all Neville's genius! Highly recommend him!

He was always personable, very generous with his time, responsive to all my queries and communications, and acted as an invaluable buffer between me and the real estate agent. I was in the throes of setting up my own business and having Neville onside with the property sales process really helped me to minimise the time I needed to devote to it. Before putting the property on the market, I received some conflicting advice about whether it was a good financial decision to sell it. What really impressed me about Neville was that he didn't push me to sell - even though there was no pay-off for him if I didn't - but encouraged me to make a decision I was comfortable with.     How do we sell 4 inherited eastern suburbs properties in a short space of time when you havent sold a property in decades? This was the challenge that seemed quite daunting and a huge effort to get done. Which property do you sell first, when is a good time to sell, which agent do you use, do you renovate before you sell, do you need to style the property, how much do you have to pay the agent-the list goes on-where do you start? As it happens, I drove past a sold property sign that said vendor was assisted by vendor advocate. Never heard of vendor advocate before, so I called the number on the sign and talked to Neville. Suddenly the fog lifted as Neville explained how he can help with all the aspects of property sale and whats more it will not cost anything. What an amazing service- free to the vendor-amazing. I have worked very closely with Neville for many months and found him to be very friendly, thorough, always on top of things, always keeping us in the loop and making the seemingly difficult stuff seem straightforward, including representing us at the auctions. All properties are now sold at good prices and with little fuss. Thanks Neville.
