I recently rented a place through Bondi Realty, and I gotta say, their customer service totally blew me away! From the first inspection to the lightning-fast lease approval and even after I moved in, the folks at Bondi Realty went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth sailing. During the open inspection, Roslyn rocked it! She knew her stuff, was super professional, and had a friendly vibe. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me all the deets about the place. I really appreciated her approachability and how she went the extra mile. Then there's Martha, the lease queen. I couldn't believe how quickly she handled everything. She was on top of her game, making sure all the paperwork was done fast and accurately. You could tell she genuinely cared about making my transition into the property as seamless as possible. Even after I moved in, Martha continued to amaze me. She was always there to tackle any issues or concerns I had.
