I have been on my strata committee for years, and have worked with two different management companies. We signed onto O'Neill's about 4 years ago. Dealing with Nick and the O'Neill's team has been an absolute pleasure. Nick has been an invaluable partner and guide for our building. No nonsense, proactive, professional and up with the times. Zoe and the team are true professionals and I would highly recommend them. I work in Real Estate and we deal with lots of Strata agents, its clear cut that the level of service this team provides is far superior. Every email is responded to swiftly and politely - I always get a fast reply and its always helpful. I recommended many of my landlords to them because I know they will be dealt with the same level of professionalism. Without doubt the most incompetent and bias family run business that many clients have had issues with. They pretend to know the strata law but in effect show clear bias toward any group that they feel they prefer. They bend the law and rules to suit themselves. If your consider this group as a strata manager it will end up being a very very costly error.

We have just moved to O'Neill Strata and they are absolutely fantastic. Isabella our Strata Manager is always extremely responsive and helpful. We were previously with many terrible strata companies over about 10 years and finally moved as we were sick of them. We could not be happier with O'Neill and would recommend them to anyone considering changing strata companies.
