I recently underwent a medical procedure under the care of Dr Roger Haddad and his team. The whole process was very smooth and efficient, and the whole team (including receptionist, anaesthetists, and supporting doctors and hospital staff) were very friendly and supportive and reassuring throughout the whole process.

I was fortunate enough to have Roger perform a preventative double mastectomy and reconstruction . He is a highly skilled surgeon did an amazing job with such care and compassion . I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him

When you're a cancer patient, everything is heightened. It's incredibly scary, and you find yourself helpless as you fall blindly into the hands of doctors. I am so glad I was in Dr Haddad's very safe hands. Don't let his youth fool you, yes he may not be a grey old man, but he's a genius. I had a very difficult breast reconstruction case, Dr Haddad excelled with my reconstruction and now I have two beautiful breasts after a double mastectomy. I can look forward to the rest of my life with a resurrected, reformed body thanks to Dr Haddad's meticulous work. There are not many surgeons who are obsessed with your care. Dr Haddad was at my hospital bedside every morning at 8, my surgery was so difficult he didn't trust anyone else and did the whole 14 hour surgery himself, when I had bruising he told me to go to emergency and he met me there on Australia Day and removed the fluid himself. Other hospital staff - doctors, surgeons and nurses - continuously commented on how lucky I am to have had Dr Haddad as my lead reconstruction surgeon, and they have seen it all. Having the intelligence and perseverance to be a surgeon is a gift. However, being one of the best business, changing patients lives, doing phenomenal work and having a great bedside manner is unique. Finding a surgeon who doesn't treat you like just another cancer patient and is obsessed with your wellbeing and your reconstruction like Dr Haddad is a un-worldly blessing.

I was recommended to Dr Roger Haddad by another specialist in a totally different profession and from our very first meet he was confident of performing my delicate procedure. His refreshing and young ideas were encouraging and straight forward backed up with his kindness, patience and understanding while focused on my age and my fears. I wasnt rushed into the surgery and encouraged to meet with him until all concerns were explained through his thorough diagrams and total explanations of what was ahead of me. Dr Haddad patiently spent 30+ minutes prior to surgery quietly discussing the operation (again) and visited me every day until my discharge. All pain relief and care instructions were given and the post op visits showed a totally successful operation by a very skilful surgeon who was honest, kind, understanding and who was able to extend a pleasant personality through total empathy. I knew I had the best surgeon from the moment I entered the hospital as everyone from admin and all medical staff commented with genuine kindness and reassurance when seeing Dr Haddads name. Amazing compliments all round. Thank you Dr Haddad and staff from a very appreciative patient for all the support and kindness I was given before and after a successful operation. Lyn Oneill
