Bruce Lang Osteopath

Seen going to Bruce for adjustments for around 10 years as an athlete and sports model. He is exceptional and I would highly recommend his treatments.

seems to be more interested in the money these days. Has lost his mo jo? Most people he sees would be better off going to the gym lifting light weights and doing some classes. Getting people in 2-3 x per week. Only supposed to 1 every 7 to 10 days otherwise tendons/ligaments relax too much. All about the $$ these days sad. He was great in his hey day.

I was recommended to Bruce by a friend for a complex scapulae issue with severe chronic pain. After 3 sessions I had very slight relief on my LHS but my worse side my RHS did not respond but we agreed that I should continue. The slight upside on the left quickly subsided. I am 72 and in Home Care as this condition has debilitated me badly over 4 years. After 10 sessions I had to stop treatment due to another medical issue but had not improved from Bruce's treatment. I asked Bruce for a report on my condition that my Home Care provider has asked for and finally received a few lines after 3 weeks of phone calls and emails and help from his receptionist who was very understanding. I subsequently wrote to Bruce twice to ask his advice about whether or not I should return or not and explaining that his treatment had not worked at all up to that time as the LHS had regressed to what it was but he never replied even though I had seen him 10 times, at $150 per session and am a 72 year old in extreme pain which in my view is NOT what I would expect from a true professional who truly cares. One of the questions I asked Bruce was if there was anything else he could recommend to help me if he was unable to do any more for me. During my sessions Bruce said that he was treating my long thoracic nerve which, according to him, he helped repair, but subsequently my neurologist told me that his tests had previously shown that this nerve was not damaged in any way which may explain things. Regrettably I received no long term benefit from Bruce whatsoever.
