Very unprofessional business. Take care. Ive taken my Apple Watch to repair the power button. When it was ready for collection, I paid $160 for the service without being able to test it, as the watch was out of battery. At home, I figured out that the crown button and battery were totally damaged. I took the watch back to the store and after multiple back and forth and 7 weeks trying to get it fixed, I finally asked for a refund, which has been rejected. I spoke to representatives of the Westfield mall, who advised me to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading, which is going to be my next step. I would suggest anyone to save their time, money and mental health avoiding this store. It has been a very stressful and time consuming situation, which makes me feel extremely disrespected and mistreated as consumer.
