Didn't realise liability assumed to Buyer 5pm after exchange of contract in QLD and so needed to quickly get on top of all insurances urgently. Was worried because it was complex business that it would take ages. Pleasantly surprised Advisr was able to find the right broker who specialised in this exact type of business. She not only called within the hour, but she also said on the phone immediately she was a local and already familiar with the site! The best thing about finding the right person who was highly experienced, is that I didn't need to explain the business. Thought I'd be waiting over a week, with a bit of back and forth of information but she made it so simple. She jumped straight onto all the paperwork immediately, and was able to turn around a quote within a couple of days. Finding the right person, who just knows your business, is invaluable to know that its taken care of - when I had so much other stuff going on. Advisr really came to the rescue, and saved me a lot of extra wasted time and stress.
