        Hope Grace was EXTREMELY helpful organising urgent PPL and PI insurance cover for my business. It was a last minute request on Christmas Eve, and she worked above and beyond to sort out my Certificates of Currency - well past HER holiday COB. This allowed me to respond to a (surprise) offer of work from a prospective client. She made ME look professional - so important for a Sole Trader like me - and I am very impressed with her services.
